The boys' soccer team finished 5A state runner-up in 2016, producing a county-best 19-2-1 record and scoring 98 goals along the way. It is the second oldest high school in the county. East Coweta High School was founded on April 17, 1946 when the Coweta County School Board ordered that the Haralson, Raymond, Starr, and Senoia school operate East Coweta High School at Starr School for the ensuing year. This resulted from a series of consolidations begun years earlier.
Trinity Christian School (TCS) is a non-denominational, preschool through 12th grade, private Christian school in Sharpsburg, GA. Bordering Fayette and Coweta counties, Trinity currently enrolls over 1,600 students as of the 2023 - 2024 school year.
