Keio Plaza Hotel (京王プラザホテル, Keiō puraza hoteru) is a chain of hotels in Japan, the largest of which is its flagship hotel in the Nishi-Shinjuku district in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. The Keio Plaza Hotel is featured in the 1984 film The Return of Godzilla and the 1991 film Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah , where it was partially destroyed.

The new hotel was constructed on the site of what was previously the headquarters of electrical manufacturer Anritsu. The hotel was identically sized to the old Sanno Hotel, with 149 rooms, a floor area of 150,000 square feet (14,000 m 2), and parking for 74 cars. A $10 million renovation of the facility was conducted from 2004 through 2006.
The upper floors feature two hotels. Hotel Groove Shinjuku is located on floors 17–38. Bellustar Tokyo, a hotel by Singapore-based Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts (at one time owned by Tokyu), lies on floors 39–47, offering a three-storey atrium restaurant on the building's 45th, 46th and 47th floor. The Park Hyatt Tokyo hotel on the top was the main setting of the Sofia Coppola film Lost In Translation. The building was depicted as being destroyed by a UFO in the film Godzilla 2000. A version of the building was included as part of the Asian tileset in the city building simulation game Sim City 3000 and named as Futa-Ishii Plaza.
