Hi, reno uninstaller fixed the browser issue but it didn't clear the app still showing in settings/installed apps.. I then did a PC reset which seems to have worked...PC App Store not showing anymore. Thank you Paulo and AW for your help....

Open the task manager > Details tab > look for the PC App Store icon - Orange Store bag ( the process name may vary) , right-click the process > Open File Location. Go back to Task Manager right right-click the PC App Store process again > End task. Go back to the folder you opened before and delete all files.
