    Kindly try restarting the Windows Explorer in Task manager > Processes, or to do this: - Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc simultaneously in your keyboard to open Task manager. - In the Processes tab, look for Windows Explorer, right-click on it and select Restart.     Open File Explorer, in the left side Navigation Pane, select the parent Libraries folder. In the right side pane, right click each one of the Libraries you see there and the Delete option.     When you mentioned "libraries," I remembered that a few week ago I was cleaning up the menus and screens under WMP, and apparently I went into organize -> customize navigation pane and unchecked pretty much everything in there. I just went in and restored those options to default and viola~ the music and pictures options are magically back.
