The Lenox Round Barn is a historic building that is part of the Taylor County Historical Museum in Bedford, Iowa, United States. The true round barn was built somewhere between 1905 and 1907. The building measures 64 feet (20 m) in diameter and 55 feet (17 m) in height. [ 2 ]
Lenox was founded in 1889 by Walter Scott Lenox as Lenox's Ceramic Art Company in Trenton, New Jersey. [1]As Lenox's products became popular in the early 20th century, the company expanded its production to a factory-style operation, making tableware in standard patterns while still relying on skilled handworking, especially for painting.

The city was known as the Pearl Button Capital of the World because of the numerous firms that produced the buttons here through the 1960s. [2] The Peerless Button Company was established by James McKee and his brother-in-law William Bliven in 1895.
