Petco Park – San Diego Padres Petco Park hosted the 2016 MLB All-Star Game. "The 2024 season marks the 20 th anniversary of the most aesthetically pleasing baseball facility ever built.
Their final season as a minor league team, 1968, was also their first at San Diego Stadium. San Diego has hosted the MLB All-Star Game three times: 1978 and 1992 at San Diego Stadium, and 2016 at Petco Park. The 2016 edition was the final All-Star game to determine home field advantage in the World Series.
