CHERRY HILL — Police are reporting a fatal accident on Route 38 here. The incident involving a pedestrian occurred on the highway around 11:10 p.m. Friday, according to New Jersey State Police.
It was not clear if the other driver, a 32-year-old Cherry Hill man, was injured in the crash. Police have not said why Hyslip’s car entered the opposing lane. No charges have been filed.
