Include tornadoes in cities that miss downtown. Tornadoes such as Dallas and Dayton 2019 and Chicago 1967 and 1972 were obviously notable and belong on a list like this, but didn't hit their respective downtowns. Also, this would completely avoid the discussion about the 2020 Nashville tornado striking downtown or not.
