Yes exactly... but since accutane is originally a cancer drug, it affects the division, apoptosis etc. on very basic level in entire organism and is far mroe dangerous than antibiotics (they tend to target a specific bacteria). You don't treat a deadly cancer like neuroblastoma with minocycline.
