Rise Up Atlanta, by Charlie Brouwer, was a temporary urban-art sculpture made of ladders erected in the East Side's Freedom Park. Atlanta is home to an established visual arts community. In 2010, the city was ranked as the ninth-best city for the arts by American Style Magazine. [7]
