This document provides details about the participating Certificate Authorities in the Microsoft Trusted Root Program.
For trusting your server side certificate, the certificate should be issued by a known and Visa trusted Certificate Authority (CA). Self-signed certificates are not accepted. The following table lists the cerrtifying authorties.

This list is the actual directory of certificates that's shipped with Android devices. This list will only be accurate for the current version of Android and is updated when a new version of Android is released. Each root certificate is stored in an individual file.

In the MMC, under the Certificates (Local Computer) tree, expand the Trusted Root Certification Authorities folder. Click on Certificates under the Trusted Root Certification Authorities. This will display all the certificates that are currently trusted by the computer.
