    Back on a cold Sunday of February 1969, a group of Muslims of diverse backgrounds (15 of them) sat down after Salatul Zuhr at Muslim Religious and Cultural Home (Yugoslavian-Bosnian), 1800 N. Halsted Ave., Chicago, and with mutual consultation decided to form Muslim Community Center (MCC).
