St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute offers an extensive athletic program consisting of 16 sports, with most sports offering multiple levels of competition. St. Joe's has won the Supremacy Cup, recognizing the top overall athletic program in the Monsignor Martin Athletic Association's AA League, 31 times in the 58 years of the league's existence. [11]

Ursuline College is a private Roman Catholic college in Pepper Pike, Ohio. In January 2021, Catholic High opened its new athletic Strength and Conditioning Center. The goal of the new structure is to provide CHS student-athletes with a second workout location on campus to meet the current demand from the different sports teams.
