Yes, all at your own pace. Although once you open a new section, you have to wait 3 days before you can take the final exam. I found real estate express to be the cheapest. I recommend purchasing “night before the exam” in addition and studying it/taking the tests over and over again until you continually pass it.
To answer your question....The two exams are completely different. The state is exam is much harder and more concise/specific. I suggest looking at the subs resources page for study material ideas. Hope that helps, happy studying! 1.
Real Estate Express. Hi all, I’m currently working two jobs and quite busy but I am hoping to study in my free time for a real estate license and I have read reviews that this is the best online school. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with it. Also I would assume that taking a course in person is better but my schedule doesn’t ...
The book is still in the plastic and their test prep was useless. They make you repeat the same questions over and over until you reach “green”. The state exam will be pending an approved application (I'm in California). Here you must submit an application, certifications ...

Hello Realtors of Reddit! I am trying to decide between The CE shop and Real Estate Express for my pre-licensing course in CA. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations or knew if one was variably better than the other in regard to class material and prep for the state exam. Thank you in advance! I used Express for pre and CE for post ...
