As many of you may have heard, we are currently in the process of building a mountain coaster! The loading area will be behind the Adaptive building. The coaster will operate year round and be a welcome addition to our lengthy attraction list here at Gunstock Mountain Resort. We are aiming to have it up and running by July 2016.

When the Gunstock Nordic Association recently began building their new clubhouse (across the road from the Cross Country ski shack on Gunstock's entrance road), Gunstock had them move it since the foundation to the bottom building of the Cobble Mt rope tow turned out to be where the new building was supposed to go.

Is the Gunstock Inn (that I saw last summer) the same place as the Arlberg Inn? (Though I enjoyed my first visit to the Arlberg Inn, somehow I missed going back for decades). :o It appears "The Baraks" had served its very basic housing function and, being much more photogenic and functional, the Arlberg Inn replaced it 80 years ago.
