Saint Julian's (Maltese: San Ġiljan) is a town in the Eastern Region of Malta. As of 2020, its registered number of inhabitants stands at 13,792. [ 2 ] It is situated along the coast, north of the country's capital, Valletta .

The Dragonara Casino was the first casino in Malta, and this was a major step in establishing Malta as a tourist destination. [12] In the 1990s, The Westin Dragonara hotel was built on part of the palace's gardens. Saint George's Tower is located at St. George's Bay, St. Julian's. Its site was originally occupied by a medieval watch post. [1] It appears in maps of the period of the Knights at Cala S. Giorgio (St Georeg’s Point). [2] The tower remained in use during the British period but was converted to a Fire Control Station once Fort Pembroke was built.
