Since 10/9/23 MSNBC network (which must be accessed via the NBC app) will not live stream. It is possible to select and view their recorded content and shows, but the live stream option no longer works. The MSNBC Live Now option appears, but it cannot be selected. Try selecting it and absolutely nothing happens.
Peacock for $5.99/month has live streaming of Morning Joe every morning from 5am-9am(CST) but thats all I know about as far as MSNBC w/o cable or satellite(or youtube if somebody happens to be live streaming it but it's hard to find if you don't know how to filter the search results).
You can stream 10 minutes/day of "live" MSNBC and then "highlights" on the NBC News app. You can see "clips" of MSNBC segments from an hour to a day or more before on the YouTube app. NBC News Live is available via the Roku Channel, not MSNBC.
This morning at 03:30pst I started my NBC app and the MSNBC network has a very old prompt from years ago saying "Stay tuned... the MSNBC live stream will return shortly." That was 3 hours ago. Same for that network on the SYFY app. I checked the site itself and the stream is fine.
Same here. Can’t get to MSNBC anymore. I got MSNBC through BROVO before, Now it’s gone from BROVO. Added the NBC NEWS app and I could get to MSNBC for a few days. Now I only get previously aired segments, NO live MSNBC. I have Directv and get CNN GO no problem.
I want this too, but live and with picture is a must for me. Sling Blue I thought was crap with erratic commercials right over the content I wanted to hear … Finally gave up and went with YouTube TV And use almost none of it other than MNBC It’s just dumb but yet I want my MSNBC and I want it not in clips and not a day later.

I ended up doing what other commenters suggested and got the NBC app to watch MSNBC. It's so much more stable (and slicker)—makes me think they want people using their consolidated app rather than whatever individual versions they came out with years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped supporting the MSNBC app altogether soon.
Nice but not enough. I followed the instructions and voila! The full list of my favorite MSNBC shows right there for playback. That is a major change for me. As everyone knows, snipping the cord means lean choices for NEWS and Sports. I have to say it is getting better.
