was kinda hoping it wouldn't (so I could say "Ahah!" and fix it), but it matches. I noticed an entry towards the bottom of enblocal.ini
The textures may only look better in certain light, or if you're really looking for a difference. Many other users don't like it, and Bethesda might even consider fixing it apparently.
This discovery came to my attention as a windfall, because my gaming laptop has an RTX 3060 6GB GPU, 12th Gen Intel i7-12700H CPU and 64GB of RAM struggled to run the game. Being an avid fan of Bethesda, Vortex and Nexus Mods, I was disappointed that running Starfield was quite a stretch.

I've tried placing all the Reshade files into the reshade-shaders folder but while that loads the game, it doesn't load Reshade. I've tried using older versions of Reshade all the way back to v3.2.0. I've tried using both add-on and multiplayer versions of Reshade. I've tried renaming the Reshade.ini file to dxgi.ini.
Download any game’s rtx.conf config file and the RTX Remix runtime version it works with, and you are ready to get going with your mod. Game compatibility will expand over time, in part as NVIDIA publishes more feature-rich versions of the RTX Remix Runtime (the component that handles how RTX Remix hooks to games).
I ran out of idea about how to fix this problem. Even my Skyrim LE from back when I was still using Windows 7 which I haven't touched for at least several years runs fine with a custom ENB preset (I'm using NLA + Tapioks' Shaders) and a lot of mods and doesn't crash, not even once. I've tried finding a solution everywhere but couldn't find any.
