Eric Michael Swalwell (/ ˈ s w ɑː l w ɛ l / SWAHL-well; born November 16, 1980) is an American lawyer and politician serving as the U.S. representative from California's 14th congressional district since 2023, having previously represented the 15th district from 2013 to 2023.
