To see a big storefront like Binny’s embrace this has continued a trend we’re seeing playout nationwide. The last well known retail store front to do this was a place called “Total Wine” in Minnesota. To see this trend continue in Illinois is really promising from a consumer’s perspective.
4 to 5 mg of hemp derived delta 9 per can "Squared beverages are made with fast-acting nano fiber technology that gets absorbed quickly through the buccal membranes in the mouth versus having to go through first-pass digestion like traditional edibles.
Hello all! I turned 21 this past fall and found a love for beer and IPAs while out at school in Indiana. Since returning home this summer, I have been astonished by the wide selection at Binny's. Choosing a pack to take home is overwhelming, and I always wonder what is actually good v. what just has the prettiest packaging that my girlfriend liked.
Binny's gets the best prices from distributors and operates at the lowest margin, so it will be rare to find a better price. That will only happen if another store is trying to deplete some aging stock (for beer), don't see anyone ever having better prices on non-perishables such as wine or spirits.
I'm sure Binny's has a better understanding of how much the people who ask for allocated whiskey are spending at their stores. It's probably not as much as one would think. The whiskey people are probably a relatively small but very passionate part of their customer base. Most of their sales are probably from people who don't care about whiskey.
Hopefully Binny’s takes note some of the other NMBB that randomly put rare stuff out for the folks that aren’t adding their 15th Stagg of EHTBP to collect dust. Keeping one big spender happy while alienating 50 semi-regulars won’t help the bottom line.
I often get bottles like Eagle Rare by just asking nicely at Binny’s. I’ve picked up Weller SR, Two bottles of Weller 12, EH Taylor, Smoke Wagon, and others that they pulled out of the back for me. I have no relationships, spend a fairly conservative amount, and just started buying bourbon 6 months ago.
I have heard some suggest your Binny’s buying history plays some part in your chances of winning but I honestly think that’s just conjecture. I think it’s just luck of the draw. Jewel should have something going soon as well. Not sure if they are doing a lottery or old-school lines this year though.
