Lone Wolf R&D of Oldtown Idaho offer a complete AR-Glock lower receiver including mil-spec trigger parts and an M4-style buttstock. Their receiver is CNC machined from Mil-spec 7075 aluminum forging and is Type 3 hard coat anodized. They offer it in capabilities to accept 9/40/357/45 GAP caliber Glock magazines.
A lot of Glock people don't realize that there was a one off Glock, the Glock 21SF with the picatinny rail has an ambi-mag release that holds the magazine in the gun not by a left or right notch in the magazine but a center of the mag notch. It was a failure and I don't think that mag/ release was done on any other Glock model.

When my magazine is loaded to 14 rounds you can visually see through hole 7 that the bullet is simply sliding forward and back. Because, the pressure from the follower is pushing on the bullets to the right.
I’m not aware of a prohibition on aftermarket magazines in GSSF. I only re-checked section 40 in the rules, but at least there, magazines are not mentioned other than the allowed types of extensions. I have used both Magpul and ETS magazines for both indoor and outdoor GSSF and know many others who do also.
Even if i were to get a more powerful rifle down the road, I'm stocked on 9mm ammo.. have at least a couple 33 round glock mags. I couple generic 30 round mags. I'd like it to be compatible with my 15 rd mags. The almost non-existent prepper in me just likes the idea of a carbine that will run the same magazines as my 19.4
These two magazines I purchased at the gun show locked into the Glock ok, but did not eject on their own when the magazine release button was depressed and had to be pulled free. In addition, the 17 rd magazine only held around 10 round before it became too tight to load any more (even with the Glock magazine loader assist thingy).
Glock increased the width of the G43X/G48 magazine about 0.040" to achieve the desired round count. The 145° staggered stack was just a bit too long and wouldn't properly fit the 10th round... so they reduced the stacking angle to 125°, which widened the stack slightly.

Glock magazines are much like the guns, they just go and go and go. That said I clean mine every so often when I am looking for some fun busy work. At a minimum you can use a brush on the top of the magazine and the follower.
I have Glock 21 magazines, I’m thinking of buying a Glock 21 SF gun, because I have fat chunky hands and not confortable handling the larger Glock 21. How do I know if the Glock 21 mags will fit a Glock 21SF gun? And is there a YouTube URL that shows and explains this? Any and all replies are greatly appreciated. Thanks
