In Malaysia, the Binyue is sold as the Proton X50. [11] It was revealed in 15 September 2020, [ 12 ] and launched in 27 October 2020. [ 13 ] It is locally assembled at Proton's facility in Tanjung Malim as their second SUV model and the second Geely-based model after the X70 .
