Liga IV Satu Mare is the regional Liga IV football division for clubs in Satu Mare County, România, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system.It is organized by the County Football Association (Asociația Județeană de Fotbal) and is competed amongst 38 teams divided into 3 series, the winner is promoted to Liga III after a promotion play-off.
Liga IV is the fourth level of the Romanian football league system and is run in all 41 counties and in the Municipality of Bucharest. It was known as the Regional Championship, County Championship, Divizia C – County Phase and Divizia D. Its name was changed into Liga IV before the start of the 2006–07 season.
