Vijayaraj Alagarswami (25 August 1952 – 28 December 2023), known by his stage name Vijayakanth, was an Indian actor, film director, film producer, philanthropist and politician. He worked in Tamil cinema in a career spanning four decades.
The film stars Vijayakanth, Suhasini and Rekha. It was released on 3 February 1989. [1] The film was remade in Hindi as Mera Pati Sirf Mera Hai (1990) by the same director. [2] It was also remade in Telugu as Naa Mogudu Naake Sontham (1989) [3] and in Kannada as Hatamari Hennu Kiladi Gandu (1992). [4]
