The Central Susquehanna Valley Thruway (CSVT), also known as the Central Susquehanna Valley Transportation Project, is a partially-completed 10.84-mile (17.45 km) highway bypass along the U.S. Route 15 (US 15) corridor near Shamokin Dam, Pennsylvania.
U.S. Route 15 Alternate (US 15 Alt.) in Meherrin, Virginia, is an alternate route of US 15 Bus. The route diverges from US 15 Bus. at Griffin Boulevard south of downtown Meherrin. It follows Griffin Road north to Meherrin Road, then turns northwest along Schultz Mill Road. It rejoins US 15 Bus. and US 360 Bus. just west of uptown Meherrin.
The route is signed north–south, from US 17 Alternate (US 17 Alt.) in Walterboro, South Carolina, north to Interstate 86 (I-86)/New York State Route 17 (NY 17) in Corning, New York. US 15 is one of the original U.S. Highways from 1926.

In Pennsylvania , the highway runs for 194.89 miles (313.65 km), from the Maryland state line just south of Gettysburg , north to the New York state line near Lawrenceville .
