Todd Richard Burger (born March 20, 1970) is an American former professional football player who was a guard in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions. Burger grew up in Clark, New Jersey, [2] and is a graduate of Arthur L. Johnson High School.
