Why is it not suitable to include Liverpool as Skelmersdale does have a link to Liverpool including Skelmersdale as a new town with a lot of people populating the area from Liverpool's urban clearance. Skelmersdale is also in the A-Z Merseyside Street Atlas from Geographers' A-Z Map Company. Why should Liverpool not be included?
