The Renaissance Cincinnati Downtown Hotel (previously known as the Bartlett Building and the Union Trust Building) is a historic building in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, located at 4th & Walnut Street. Glencoe–Auburn Hotel and Glencoe–Auburn Place Row Houses was a registered historic district in Cincinnati, Ohio, listed in the National Register of Historic Places on December 10, 2003. It contained 54 contributing buildings. The complex was originally constructed between 1884 and 1891, by a Jethro Mitchell.
In 1989, a second location, Montgomery Inn at the Boathouse, was added in downtown Cincinnati on the banks of the Ohio River. The company added a banquet facility in the Sawyer Point area in 1998, but announced that the facility would be razed in 2006 or 2007, and the riverfront property would become a new condominium development.
