North Hollywood is a neighborhood, located in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California.The neighborhood contains the NoHo Arts District, El Portal Theater, several art galleries, and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Lankershim Boulevard was named after Isaac Lankershim, one of the area's founding families, and is one of the oldest streets in what is now North Hollywood.
