Usopp lived on an island of the East Blue, in the Syrup village. There, along with three kids, Tamanegi, Ninjin, and Piiman, he was the captain of the band of "Usopp Pirates". He was good friends with a girl named Kaya, to whom he told grand stories about his adventures (of course, all lies).
