For wood CNC-ing, bits with sharp cutting edges are used, while for Stone CNC-ing, the bits are made of a metal bar with a sintered layer of extremely hard but roughly shaped particles. Routing CNC is more like grinding than cutting.

At levels of 10 to 30 watts, excellent engravings are made as the enamel is removed quite cleanly.
