Nebraska. (2020) Hall County is a county in the U.S. state of Nebraska. As of the 2020 United States Census, the population was 62,895, [ 1 ] making it Nebraska's fourth-most populous county. Its county seat is Grand Island. [ 2 ] The county was formed in 1858; it was named for Augustus Hall, an early judge of this territory.

77000831 [ 1 ] Added to NRHP. September 15, 1977. Hall County Courthouse is a historic building in Grand Island, Nebraska, and the courthouse for Hall County, Nebraska. When it was built in 1901–1904, it replaced a former courthouse at another location. [ 2 ] It was designed in the Beaux Arts style by architect Thomas Rogers Kimball. [ 2 ]
