Nissin and Tokico masters feel more anarchy and wooden. Those r6 Brembo masters are the best deal for a budget upgrade. But a proper brembo, gale speed, accossto and others are just a little more. Doesn’t matter to much which one you do imo. I like beringer a lot but I’m more familiar with them than most.
Nissin Top Ramen chicken flavor is fucking disgusting. There’s some overpowering flavor in the packet that I can’t identify and the powder is full of the nasty ass leek flakes. There’s way too many flakes and theyre way too big. I like other Nissin products like the spicy bowl things but fuck Top Ramen

Both Nissin and Maruchan absolutely make some top tier noodles when you look beyond what they manufacture in the US. Like Nissin Raoh and Maruchan Seimen (pretty sure Gold is repackaged Seimen?). Even some of their cheaper Japanese noodles are still really great. That said, at least Maruchan also has some not great offerings in Japan, too (QTTA).
The Maruchan noodles taste better, but the Nissin flavor packets taste better. The one brand of the three listed I have not eaten yet is Maruchan, soooo: Maruchan ramen is revolution. If you can get your hands on Nissin Raou (ラ王）get it. The tonkotsu flavor is the best instant ramen I've ever had. 933K subscribers in the ramen community.
