In order to permanently delete you Apple iCloud and Apple ID account you will have to first remove the account in question from any Apple device that you currently use. Hello IPhone14Support, In order to delete your iCloud account, you'll need to regain access to it first because you'll need to sign into your privacy page to complete the deletion request: Sign in with your Apple ID at privacy.apple.com on a Mac, PC, iPhone, or iPad, and select “Request to delete your account”.
