First i downloaded the launcher normally, then i downloaded all the 8 parts and the en voiceover, i put them in the folder "genshin impact game" all of the with ".zip.00#" extension, but the launcher doesn't reconized at all (yes i download the config files and tried with and without it).

Yeah download the 7 parts and audio file then make a new folder called "Genshin Impact game" and paste in it all the files , make sure this folder is in Genshin's file location so the launcher can locate it do the unzipping
EGS will just launch mHY launcher, lol. It's just useless unnecessary step for you. There's no sense to use EGS since there are no reviews or forum. Just use mHY launcher. Cons of EGS: Additional click to run miHoYo launcher. Useless usage of PC resources.
