I have tried a lot, ReviOS, ggOS, KernelOS and Ghost Spectre but i always go back to ggOS (0.9.4) for daily/general use then KernelOS (8.1v1) for gaming. Dual booting could be too much of a hassle for other people though. I tried the newer versions of KernelOS but i still prefer ggOS for reasons I'm lazy to list since it's just personal preference.

Install default, remove all windows apps using powershell (there are a lot of sites on the web that do it) tweak graphics. Hard limit page file if you have copious amounts of memory, and take it from there. If you have to ask, it's not worth it.
