Myanmar National Television (MNTV) is a Burmese free-to-air television channel. [1] [2] [3] MNTV was founded by Shwe Thanlwin and operated by Dream Vision Co., Ltd. [note 1] [4] Launched on 1 October 2012, the channel was broadcast only on Skynet DTH. On 15 May 2014, it was broadcast as free-to-air channel.

Nay Shwe Thway Aung was born on 22 May 1991 in Yangon, Myanmar (Burma), [1] as the only son of Nay Soe Maung, an army doctor, and his wife Kyi Kyi Shwe, the daughter of Than Shwe. He attended high school at Practising School Yangon Institute of Education , and later enrolled in West Yangon Technological University .
Than Shwe's wife, Kyaing Kyaing, is of Chinese and Pa'O descent. They have five daughters, Aye Aye Thit Shwe, Dewa Shwe, Khin Pyone Shwe, Kyi Kyi Shwe, and Thandar Shwe, and three sons, Kyaing San Shwe, Thant Zaw Shwe and Htun Naing Shwe.
