The company's headquarters are in Salt Lake City, Utah. Colorado-based SCL Health and Intermountain Health merged in 2022.

McKay-Dee Hospital is a not-for-profit health system operated by Intermountain Healthcare.It is located in Ogden, Utah, United States.With 310 licensed beds, it is the third largest hospital in the Intermountain system, and the fourth largest hospital in Utah.
The name was changed to Stevens–Henager College in 1959. [2] The Stevens-Henager main campus was in Ogden, Utah. In 1969, the college established a campus in Salt Lake City (at approx. 7th South and 3rd East, moving elsewhere in Salt Lake years later). In 1978, the college established a campus in Provo.
In 2001 the hospital was named as the Intermountain West's first nationally certified Level 1 Trauma Center by the American College of Surgeons. [4] In 2007 the George S. and Dolores Dore Eccles Critical Care Pavilion, an addition to the hospital was opened. [ 5 ]

Logan LDS Hospital was renamed Logan Hospital. The hospital relocated in 1980 to a larger, more modern facility where they continue to operate. Since relocating, Logan Regional has added the Intermountain Budge Clinic (opened in 2000) to the hospital campus, a Women and Newborn Center (opened in 2007), and a Cancer Center (opened in 2008).
