The Indiana & Ohio Railway (reporting mark IORY) is an American railroad that operates 570 miles (920 km) of track in Ohio, southern Michigan, and parts of southeastern Indiana. It is owned and operated by Genesee & Wyoming , who acquired the railroad in the 2012 purchase of RailAmerica .
The line runs from St. Bernard, Ohio to Columbus, Ohio for a total of 107.0 miles. At its west end the line connects to the Norfolk Southern Cincinnati Line (the westernmost part of the Dayton District ), and at its east end the line connects with the Dayton District near its easternmost point.

The similarly named Cincinnati & Indiana Railroad (C&I) was chartered that same year, for a line between Cincinnati and the Indiana state line near Harrison, Ohio. This line, as well as a connection to the I&C via Valley Junction, was complete by 1863, and Henry C. Lord , the force behind the C&I's construction, became president of both companies.
