The Lipci rock art is a cluster of ancient rock paintings, situated next to the tiny settlement of Lipci about 2 km west of Risan, in the bay of Kotor in Montenegro. The scientific discovery of the site in 1961 is credited to scholar Pavle Mijović .

In 2009 and under the auspices of Montenegro, a set of 27 sculptures Les Elégies Zorzi was exhibited in the Zorzi palace during the Venice Art Biennale. [4] Temporary Installation of Sculptures by the artist, autumn 2010. From the mid-1990s to 2000, the artist also explored the use of ceramics as a medium for his creation.
The artist lives and works in Croatia, but he made first public appearance in Cetinje in 1969 at the Art Salon of Youth. During the 1970s he exhibited in Podgorica, Bari , Dubrovnik and Zagreb. During his residence in Paris in 1974 Popović met French art collector M. Davrier.
The Art Exploration Center 42° of the Faculty of Fine Arts was established in 2010. Its aim is to promote contemporary art and its production. Within the Center, there's a library (encompassing the learning material of the Faculty of Fine Arts and the Faculty of Drama), a gallery and 2 apartments offering accommodation for the visiting professors.
Gjelosh Gjokaj (July 25, 1933 - September 26, 2016) was an artist from Montenegro. An ethnic Albanian, he was born in the village of Gornji Milješ (Alb: Gornji Milesh) in Tuzi. After receiving his fine arts degree from the University of Arts in Belgrade in 1963, he proceeded to become part of the faculty until 1969.
