A deleted scene from the Tamil version of the film was released on 30 May 2018. The scene recreated the song "Vaarayo Vennilave" from Missiamma (1955). [58] The film was also dubbed in Hindi produced by Swapna Cinema and released by Goldmines Telefilms on YouTube on 14 October 2021. [59]
The film was dubbed in Marathi as Shambhar Divas Premache and released on B4U Marathi YouTube Channel, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu and Hindi with the same name. Telugu dubbing rights were bought by Abhishek Pictures, who released the film across Andhra Pradesh , Telangana , Karnataka among several other states on 26 August 2016.
The film was released on 28 February 2020 worldwide, along with its Telugu-dubbed version, titled Kanulu Kanulanu Dochayante. [ citation needed ] The film opened well in multiplexes in Tamil Nadu , Telangana , and Kerala , with ₹ 7,856,375 (US$94,000) being collected in Chennai from 192 screens in the first seven days of release.
Deepa also praised Dulquer Salmaan's performance and wrote that it "is an out-and-out DQ show." [ 6 ] Sify rated it 3 out of 5 stars and gave the verdict: "A suave Dulquer Salmaan saves the film." The reviewer concluded that " Oru Yamandan Premakadha is one of those films which is meant to be enjoyed without thinking too much."
