David Owen Dryden (July 1, 1877 – June 4, 1946) was a renowned San Diego builder-architect best known for his craftsman-style bungalows in the suburbs north of San Diego's Balboa Park including the North Park, Mission Hills and University Heights neighborhoods. Most of Dryden's work was constructed between 1911 and 1919.
Mitchell exhibited with local arts organizations such as the San Diego Art Guild, founded in 1915, and the La Jolla Art Association, founded in 1918. He served as president of the San Diego Art Guild in 1922-23 and helped in the establishment of the San Diego Museum of Art. He was a member of the museum’s first board of directors. [1]

Sandy Rodriguez was born in 1975 in National City, California.She is a Los Angeles based artist who grew up on the US-Mexico border, in Tijuana, San Diego, and Los Angeles.
In addition to this work, she was a member of several art organizations, including the San Diego Art Association and the San Diego Art Guild. In 1926, she and her brother-in-law, the banker Julius Wangenheim (1866–1942), who was married to her sister Laura (1869–1947), participated in the creation of the Fine Arts Society of San Diego. The Spanish Village Art Center is an art center in Balboa Park in San Diego, California. [1] Anni von Westrum Baldaugh was among the artists who had studio space at the Spanish Village. [ 2 ] Current tenants include the San Diego Mineral and Gem Society and the Southern California Association of Camera Clubs.
