Demonstration Hall is a structure on the campus of Michigan State University. It was built in 1928 with offices, classrooms, and a riding arena for the Military Science department as a replacement for the Armory (built 1885, razed 1939). Exhibitions of agricultural stock and implements were held here, as well as athletic events.
Hidden Lake Gardens colloquially known as Hidden Lake 755 acres (3.06 km 2), is a botanical garden and an arboretum operated by Michigan State University situated in the Irish Hills of southeast Michigan. The arena opened in 1940 and was named for alumnus Frederick Cowles Jenison, whose estate, along with PWAP funds, funded the building.
