Chandannagar (Bengali: [t͡ʃɔndɔnːɔˈɡɔɾ]), also known by its former names Chandernagore and Chandernagor (French: [ʃɑ̃dɛʁnaɡɔʁ]), is a city in the Hooghly district in the Indian state of West Bengal.
