Laura Chinchilla Miranda (Spanish: [ˈlawɾa tʃinˈtʃiʝa miˈɾanda]; born 28 March 1959 [1]) is a Costa Rican political scientist and politician who served as President of Costa Rica from 2010 to 2014.
