The Windows 11 2023 Update [1] (also known as version 23H2 [2] [3] and codenamed "Sun Valley 3") is the second major update to Windows 11. It was shipped as an enablement package for Windows 11 2022 Update and carries the build number 10.0.22631.
The first preview was released to Insiders who opted in to the Canary and Dev Channels on February 8, 2024. The update began rolling out for Copilot Plus PCs on June 15, 2024. At Least Windows Explorer in Windows XP doesn't allow the creation of a file, if there is already another file in the folder which is only different in case, not even on NTFS partitions. So i.E. if you already have a file with the name MyName in some folder, you cannot create a file named myname.
