    We definitely recommend PI Vision over PI Processbook. PI Vision is our de facto visualization platform and has capabilities that PI Processbook doesn't have. You can develop custom symbols in PI Vision using DHTML and also use our inbuilt symbols. I am not sure what you mean by C/S and B/S. What do the acronyms represent?

The other way I thought I could try to make the expression work is to add the tags together (since they put out a 1 to show that they are running I thought I could add them together) IF (Tag1 + Tag2 + Tag3) > 0 then 1 else 0.
