Numerals in the text have now been converted to Persian, but the page numbers still appear in English. There is one tricky way to solve this problem. Word Options > Advanced > Show document content > Numerals: select "Hindi". Then, the problem is solved. Now all numerals in the text and the page numbers all appear in Persian/Arabic alphabet.
