The Pit has the best unique rewards, a slew of enchanted weapons and is kind of badass. Fortunate Sons is probably the best developed quest wise with one really cool moment that was both fun and hilarious. If you have access to a fence, also the most reward monetarily. Hard save before your decision and try all three!
