December 11, 2012. A Gta Vice City stories pc edition is being made by forum members here so technically there is a PC version. Im guessing GTA VCS was a Sony exclusive which is why it wasnt released on the other platforms, Also these games werent as big so R* didnt bother to make port it to other platforms like the PC.
